The purchase entry captures invoice number and date, item cost, rate, sales price, batch number and expiry date. Minimum sales price and quantity details are stored as well, so selling prices stay profitable. For items that expire, batch and expiry information makes it easier to sell stock in the right order.
Return goods cleanly
Damaged or wrong goods can be sent back through a purchase return entry, with a purchase return summary report for review. Stock and supplier balance are adjusted together.
